Wake Forest Power responding to downtown outages

***UPDATE - As of 10:40 am, power has been restored. The cause of the outage is unknown.

Wake Forest Power crews are now responding to a power outage affecting approximately 77 customers in and around Downtown Wake Forest.

Affected streets include East Owen Avenue, South Taylor Street, East Jones Avenue, and South White Street.

The cause of the outage is not known.
