Notice to Bidders
Sealed bids will be received by the Town of Wake Forest Planning Department, North Carolina at Wake Forest Town Hall, Ground Floor Conference Room A-B, 301 South Brooks Street, Wake Forest, NC 27587, until Thursday, Aug. 22, 2024, at 1 pm where they will be publicly opened and read aloud for the following:

Dunn Creek Greenway Phases III and IV
A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Thursday, Aug. 8, 2024, at 1 pm at Wake Forest Town Hall, Ground Floor Conference Room A-B, 301 South Brooks Street, Wake Forest, NC 27587. All prospective bidders are required to attend.
Copies of the bid documents may be obtained by contacting Accent Imaging, 8121 Brownleigh Dr., Raleigh, NC 27617.
The Town of Wake Forest reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to make the award as deemed in the best interest of the Town of Wake Forest.
Notice of Surplus Sale
The Town of Wake Forest has a number of vehicles, office supplies, and other surplus items for sale. A listing of the vehicles can be viewed at www.govdeals.com. When visiting the site the easiest way to locate items that the Town has for sale would be to do the following steps:
Click on the ADVANCED SEARCH tab;
Under SELLER NAME use the drop down to locate Wake Forest NC and then click SEARCH;
If there are items for sale they will appear.
