Flaherty Park Tennis Courts Project

The Flaherty Park Tennis Courts, 1100 N. White St., will soon be closed for renovation and upgrades.

Beginning in August, the Parks, Recreation & Cultural Resources (PRCR) Department will initiate a comprehensive renovation project at the tennis courts that will include:

  • Removal and replacement of existing courts, including lining for pickleball on select courts

  • Removal and replacement of existing fencing

  • Installation of water fountains

  • Construction of restroom facilities

  • Installation of courtside electrical outlets on select courts

  • Installation of ADA-approved sidewalks and curb and gutter

  • Installation of new signage and landscaping

Signage will be posted around the courts to inform the public of the closure. Flaherty Park visitors are urged to avoid the construction area.
