Small Commercial Service

Availability

This schedule is available for non-residential service to a customer whose demand is less than 30 kW. When demand equals or exceeds 30 kW during three consecutive months, the customer will be required to take service under the Large Commercial Service rate schedule. Delivery of service under this schedule shall be to the customer's premises at one point of delivery through one kilowatt-hour meter.

Monthly Rate

• Basic Customer Charge

  • Single Phase Service - $30.00

  • Three-Phase Service - $60.00

• Energy Charge

  • For the first 1500 kWh - $ .13870 per kWh

  • For all additional kWh - $ .11620 per kWh

Wholesale Power Cost Adjustment

At the Town's discretion, the charge per kilowatt-hour sold may be increased or decreased to reflect variances in Purchased Power Costs.

Late Fees

The billing month is defined as the month when a bill is rendered for payment. Bills are due upon receipt. All bills not paid within fifteen (15) days from date of bill shall be subject to a late payment charge of $5.00 or 2% of the outstanding bill, whichever is greater.
