Thank you for your interest in our Adopt-a-Trail program!
Wake Forest's Adopt-A-Trail Program is intended to be both fun and promote civic responsibility and community pride.
Over 30 different greenway segments are available for adoption, with most segments between a quarter-mile and half-mile in length. The Adopt-A-Trail program is a great opportunity for community service opportunities for groups, individuals, and business. The program is a great way for local students to receive community service credits. Please reach out to the Town staff program manager for more details.
The program is a one-year commitment with cleanups happening at least every three months. This is a great way to play an active role in Wake Forest and show your pride in the community.
Benefits
Adopting a trail provides an opportunity for you to be actively involved in maintaining the beauty of our greenway system.
Helping to maintain our trails improves the resource for all to enjoy. Your group's involvement will create awareness of trail locations and other communications about Town greenway trails.
Wake Forest Cares
The Adopt-A-Trail program is a "Wake Forest Cares" initiative.
