A refund will be issued when requested in writing for any permit that has not expired and construction has not started. The following fees are applicable for refund:
Building Permit fee minus the $500.00 plan review fee
Building permit fee is refundable prior to the first inspection
Fire Impact fees
Recreation Fee (if applicable)
Temporary Power Pole (if applicable and power pole not installed)
Underground Electric Lines
Nonrefundable Residential Fees
Development fee
Homeowner's Recovery Fund
