Downtown DollarDowntown Dollars are the perfect gift for everyone and every occasion, as they can be used just like cash at participating merchants in downtown Wake Forest. 

There are no expiration dates, so Downtown Dollars are the perfect gift for birthdays, anniversaries, employee recognitions, thank you gifts, promotional item and prizes.

 

Purchase Locations

Downtown Dollars can be purchased in $10 increments with cash, check or credit card at the following locations:

The Cotton Company, 306 S. White St.

Wake Forest Town Hall, 301 S. Brooks St. 
Please proceed to customer service kiosk computer across from the customer service desk and click on the Downtown Dollars Purchase Form icon on the home screen. You will enter your name and amount and then submit. After you complete the form proceed to the customer service representative and let them know that you just completed the Downtown Dollars purchase form and they will be able to take your payment and issue the actual Downtown Dollars. 

Downtown Dollars can also be purchased online below. Orders will be sent via US priority mail within five business days of receipt of the order. 

Please note: There are no service fees at time of purchase (unless purchased online) or time of redemption

 

Purchase Downtown Dollars Online

You can also purchase Downtown Dollars by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button below. Downtown Dollars purchased online will be mailed via USPS Priority Mail at a cost to you of $10. This cost includes tracking and $50 insurance with an estimated 2-4 day delivery time. 

Please note that signature confirmation is available for an additional fee should you choose to add this to your cart.

Online orders will be shipped within three business days following your order. If Downtown Dollars are being purchased as a gift, you may request multiple letters/envelopes for recipients using the drop down menu.

If you wish to have Downtown Dollars mailed directly to a gift recipient, then you may include a gift message below. Please note that you will also need to change the shipping address during the checkout process in Paypal.
