Construction Plans*

  • $1,000 + $25/unit (includes first 3 reviews)
  • $500 (fourth review and each review thereafter)

Construction Plan: Revisions After Signature Set

  • $50 per sheet

Final Plat: Exempt, Right-of-way Dedication, and/or Easement Dedication

  • $100 (includes first 3 reviews)
  • $50 (fourth review and each review thereafter)

Final Plat: Subdivision

  • $200 plus $10 per lot (includes first 3 reviews)
  • $100 (fourth review and each review thereafter)

Master Plan*

  • $1,000 + $25/unit (includes first 3 reviews)
  • $500 (fourth review and each review thereafter)

Master Plan Modification

  • $500 (includes first 3 reviews)
  • $250 (fourth review and each review thereafter)

HOA Documents Review

  • Actual Cost of Town Attorney Review
