Construction Plan: Revisions After Signature Set

• $50 per sheet

Final Plat: Exempt, Right-of-Way, Easement

• $100 (includes first 3 reviews)
• $50 (fourth review and each review thereafter)

Final Plat: Subdivision

• $200 + $10/lot (includes first 3 reviews)
• $100 (fourth review and each review thereafter)

Site Master Plan: Modification

• $500 (includes first 3 reviews)
