E-bills, or electronic bills, are a convenient, secure and environmentally-friendly way to view and pay your ongoing, monthly bills. They contain the same information as your paper bills but are delivered to you online instead of your mailbox. And just like your paper bills, you control how much you want to pay and when, but with a click of a mouse.

Sign Up for e-Bill
To sign up for e-billing, enter your account number, phone number and full name – exactly as it appears on your electric bill. Once you are logged in and activate e-billing you will receive an email confirming your enrollment. However, you will receive a 'Reminder Notice' in the mail if the bill has not been paid by the past due after date.
E-bill notification is an optional feature for all Wake Forest Power customers. Customers who do not enroll in the program will continue receiving printed bills through the mail and may continue making payments as they always have.
