Providing Public Comment During Live Public Meeting by e-comment
Due to COVID-19, we are offering ways for the public to submit agenda item comments online.
Use the appropriate e-comment form to provide comment on individual agenda items for Board of Commissioners meetings and Joint Public Hearings:

PLEASE NOTE: The deadline to sign up to speak via ZOOM is 7 p.m. on the Monday prior to the scheduled meeting. The deadline to submit written comments is 24 hours following the close of the public hearing.

Comments for public hearing items will open prior to each each meeting.
Find the public hearing item(s) you’d like to comment on and complete the appropriate comment form. NOTE: Please review the time limits for public comment when writing out your comment.
The Town Clerk will compile and distribute to the Board of Commissioners all comments received at least 24 hours prior to the start of the meeting. The names of everyone who submitted comments will be read into the record. The comments will be made part of the permanent Official Record.
