Utility Billing

The Town of Wake Forest owns its electric distribution system and provides garbage and bulk waste pickup services to residents, businesses and industries in Wake Forest. Locally-owned and operated, these public utilities provide safe and reliable service at a reasonable price. Our employees are the neighbors of the people we serve, and they stand ready to help customers with problems or questions.

Rates and policies are set by the Town of Wake Forest Board of Commissioners. Utilities revenues maintain our utility systems and help our community.
