Located on the first floor of the Wake Forest Town Hall, 301 S. Brooks St., the Finance Department provides financial customer service to utility customers, taxpayers, other Town departments, employees and vendors.
The Finance Department is charged with providing quality management of the Town's financial resources and related activities, including debt and cash management, payroll, vendor payment, financial reporting, purchasing, utility management and revenue collection.
The Wake County Revenue Department handles all assessment, valuation, billing and collection of property taxes for the Town of Wake Forest. The Wake County Northern Regional Center is a satellite office for property tax collection and can receive the current amount due, according to the Wake County Revenue Department system.
