Traffic Alert – South White Street

Raleigh Water will close the portion of South White Street from Elm Avenue to East Roosevelt Avenue this evening from 6 p.m.-2 a.m. The closure is necessary to allow crews to repair the sewer system. Water and sewer service in the area will not be affected.

A detour will be in place directing motorists around the area. Delays are expected, so drivers are urged to avoid the area and take an alternate route.
