Holding Park Aquatic Center closed due to cloudy water

UPDATE - Holding Park Aquatic Center is back open and operating according to the normal schedule.
Holding Park Aquatic Center, 133 W. Owen Ave., is closed again today (Thursday, June 23) due to cloudy water caused by a filtering issue.
Officials are working to address the problem but are unsure if the facility will reopen Friday.
Patrons that registered and paid in advance will receive a credit towards their next visit.
In the meantime, Taylor Street Sprayground, 416 N. Taylor St., is free and open to the public weekdays, 1-8 p.m., Saturdays, 10 a.m.-8 p.m.; and Sundays, 1-8 p.m.
