Here’s the dirt on next week’s dump truck deliveries to Flaherty Park

During the week of November 6, a contractor will deliver approximately 1,000 cubic yards of fill dirt to Flaherty Park, 1226 N. White St. The dirt will be used later this year as part of the Flaherty Park Dam Repair Project

For now, the dirt will be stockpiled in an area adjacent to the parking lot between the tennis courts and Flaherty Park Community Center. As a result, several parking spaces will be closed.

Residents who live in the area and visitors to Flaherty Park are advised that large dump trucks will be entering and exiting the site regularly throughout the week.
