Kiwanis Park to be closed Friday morning for maintenance

Weather permitting, Kiwanis Park, 400 E. Holding Ave., will be closed for maintenance Friday, June 18, from 8 a.m.-noon. Public access to the Kiwanis Park Greenway will be maintained.

Signage will be posted to inform the public of the closure.

Located adjacent to the Wake Forest Public Library, Kiwanis Park features a playground, including several pieces of equipment designed for children with disabilities, a picnic shelter and a quarter-mile paved greenway trail.
