Microsoft 365 services, including Outlook email, down due to infrastructure issue

The Town of Wake Forest is currently experiencing issues with Microsoft 365 services, including Outlook email. As a result, Town staff are unable to send and receive messages.

This outage is not isolated to one location as tens of thousands of users across the country are reporting login problems and interruptions sending or receiving email. 

Microsoft has acknowledged an "infrastructure" issue and is actively investigating to restore full service.

In the meantime, Town employees are accessible via telephone. Telephone numbers for Town staff are provided on the Town website, while numbers for specific Town departments are provided at www.wakeforestnc.gov/departments
