Active Aging Advocate
Originally introduced as the "Senior Center Dispatch" in July 2024, then renamed in June 2025, the Active Aging Advocate was a monthly e-newsletter featuring the latest news and information on important issues facing seniors and their families.
Each edition includes articles on a variety of topics of interest, while also highlighting special events, classes, resources, and services offered at the Wake Forest Center for Active Aging.
The Town of Wake Forest is pleased to offer the Active Aging Advocate via E-Notifier - the Town of Wake Forest's free email subscription service.
*PLEASE NOTE - We discontinued the Active Aging Advocate in December 2025 due to the popularity of the Wednesday Wink and the comprehensive amount of information it provides each week.
