The Town of Wake Forest has implemented a new online payment system with enhanced services and new features. We think you’ll be pleased with the changes!

The new system requires autopay and online bill pay customers to create a new online account if they wish to continue automatic and online payments for their Wake Forest Power bills.

Automated Phone Payment is also an option!

Customers also have the option of paying 24 hours a day, seven days a week via an automated phone system. 

To make a payment, customers call 919-435-9478 and provide their credit/debit card and electric account numbers.

Accounts will then be updated to show the payment information and the new balance.

 

Online Payment System Features

The new payment system is more secure and offers a variety of payment options, including:

  • Debit and credit cards, including Discover and American Express
  • 24-hour pay-by-phone
  • AutoPay
  • eCheck

In addition, Text-to-Pay and Digital Wallets, including PayPal, Venmo, Apple and Google Pay, will be offered as payment options in the coming months.

  • Accessibility – You can pay bills any time, from anywhere, as long as you have Internet access. You can also view payments, bill history, and consumption data.
