Fleet Maintenance
Fleet Maintenance has a dedicated staff of seven professionals, including a Fleet Manager, Shop Foreman, Parts Specialist/Service Writer, and four skilled Mechanics. Together, we ensure the efficient management of preventative maintenance, along with both minor and major repairs for over 500 Town-owned vehicles and equipment.
In addition to the vehicles, our team also oversees approximately 100 small gas-powered and handheld tools. Our efforts result in performing over 8,000 individual repairs annually, supporting the essential functions of all Town departments, including Police and Fire services.
