Friday Night on White is back for 2026! Food and dessert trucks interested in serving at one or more events during the series are asked to review the information below prior to submitting an application.
Event Dates: April 10, May 8, June 12, July 10, August 14, September 11 (Due to time constraints, participation at the April event is by invitation only. This application covers the May-September events.)
Event Hours: 6-9 pm (Food trucks are asked to begin serving at 5 pm. Please note that further set up and event logistics will be sent following acceptance.)
Event Fee: $150 per event
Anticipated Attendance: 8,000-15,000 per event (highly dependent on weather)
Important Information to Know
- The questions on the application will be utilized to assign trucks as fit. It is our goal to offer a variety of cuisine options at each event. A silent generator is required to vend at Friday Night on White.
- Participating trucks are required to have all necessary permits to serve in Wake County.
- Each truck must provide a copy of their Certificate of Insurance showing the Town of Wake Forest as an additional insured for the event date(s). A minimum of $1 million in general liability insurance is required along with a minimum of $1 million in automobile liability insurance.
- Please apply to indicate which months you are interested in attending. Applications will open on Tuesday, Jan. 20, 2026, and must be submitted online by Thursday, Feb. 19, 2026.
- Please note that applying does not guarantee acceptance of the events. Applications generally outnumber available spots by a significant amount.
- You will be notified which events you have been selected to attend by Friday, Feb. 27, 2026.
- All payment and required documentation are due within 30 days of notification of acceptance of events. Checks should be written to the Town of Wake Forest. An online payment option will also be available.
