Meet in the Street

The 44th Annual Meet in the Street, coordinated by the Wake Forest Area Chamber of Commerce, will be Saturday, May 2, from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. in downtown Wake Forest. 

This premier arts & crafts, music and food festival will include more than 100 artisan booths featuring handmade items for sale, dozens of food trucks, live music throughout the day on two different stages, a children's village filled with activities for kids, and more. Admission is free.

This free, family-friendly festival draws tens of thousands of attendees each year, transforming downtown into a vibrant celebration of local culture, small business, and community connection.

Meet in the Street will feature something for everyone, including:

• 100+ artisan and vendor booths showcasing handmade goods, local businesses, and unique finds
• Foodie Fairway & Dessert Court with a wide variety of food trucks and sweet treats
• Live music and entertainment throughout the day across multiple locations
• Children’s Village packed with activities for kids of all ages
• Small Business Alley highlighting local entrepreneurs and organizations
• Young Entrepreneurs Village, featuring youth vendors gaining real-world business experience
