WAKE FOREST, NC – The Northern Community Food Security Team (NCFST) and Ripe for Revival (501(c)3) are pleased to provide a mobile grocery store across from the Northern Regional Center, 350 E. Holding Ave., on the second and fourth Thursday of each month from 3-4:30 p.m. – rain or shine. Stocked with fresh produce, protein, and eggs from local and regional farmers, the Mobile Market returns to Wake Forest on Thursday, March 12.

The Mobile Market makes these food products accessible and affordable to all, regardless of your budget. When shopping, there are limits on the amount of protein and eggs a consumer can purchase, but no limits on produce. At checkout, shoppers are given a suggested total. You can then pay the suggested amount, pay more (pay it forward), or pay what you can. Both cash and card payments are accepted.

As a bonus on Thursday, Advance Community Health will be on site to provide information about its healthcare center (Wake Forest location) and provide free health screenings.
