WAKE FOREST, NC – East Coast Civil Group, a contractor working on behalf of the NC Department of Transportation, is reducing to one lane with intermittent two-way traffic a portion of Burlington Mills Road between Ligon Mill Road and Kitchin Farms Way daily from 7 a.m.-4 p.m. through late June. The temporary lane closure is necessary to allow crews to install a water line.
Signage and flaggers are in place to manage traffic flow and safely direct motorists through the work areas. Delays are expected, so motorists may wish to avoid these areas and take an alternate route.
