WAKE FOREST, NC – Starting today (Wednesday, March 18), and continuing weekdays from 7 a.m.-5 p.m. through late April, Park Construction of NC, a contractor working on the Wake Forest Water Main Replacement & Repair Project, will close West Cedar Avenue between North Main Street and the end of West Cedar. The temporary road closure is necessary to allow crews to install new water and sewer lines.
Signage and flaggers will be in place managing traffic flow and safely directing motorists around the work area. Delays are expected, so motorists may wish to avoid the area if possible and take an alternate route. Please note: Homeowners will always have access to their driveways and properties.
