WAKE FOREST, NC – Raleigh Water is scheduled to close the portion of Elizabeth Avenue from East Cedar Avenue to East Oak Avenue on Thursday, Jan. 15, from 7 a.m.-4 p.m. The temporary closure is necessary to allow crews to repair a section of the sewer collection system.

A signed detour will be in place directing traffic around the work area. Delays are expected, so motorists are encouraged to avoid the area and use an alternate route.

For more information, email Raleigh Water’s Jacob Barnhart at jacob.barnhart@raleighnc.gov.
