WAKE FOREST, NC – Beginning Wednesday, Jan. 7, and continuing through early February from 7 a.m.-5 p.m. daily, Park Construction of NC, a contractor working on the Wake Forest Water Main Replacement & Repair Project, will reduce to one lane with intermittent two-way traffic a portion of northbound North Main Street from East Chestnut Avenue to North Avenue. The temporary lane closure is necessary to allow crews to safely install water services from the water main to each property.
Signage and flaggers will be in place managing traffic flow and safely directing motorists through the work area.
