WAKE FOREST, NC – On Tuesday, Nov. 11, from 7 a.m.-1 p.m., Park Construction of NC, a contractor working on the Wake Forest Water Main Replacement & Repair Project, will reduce to one lane with intermittent two-way traffic a portion of the 800 block of South White Street - near the Yellow Poplar Avenue intersection. The temporary lane closure is necessary to allow crews to safely prepare for the installation of a tapping sleeve and valve.
Signage and flaggers will be in place managing traffic flow and safely directing motorists through the work area. Delays are expected, so motorists may wish to avoid the area and take an alternate route.
