The Town of Wake Forest is pleased to announce the launch of its redesigned website.
The new website features an updated design with a fresh, modern appearance and a clean, user-friendly layout. This refreshed look enhances both the visual appeal and usability of the site, making it easier for visitors to navigate and find the information they need.
While the previous website was mobile-friendly, the new design continues to provide full responsiveness across all devices. Whether viewed on a desktop, tablet, or smartphone, the site delivers a smooth and consistent experience that allows users to easily access content and services.
The website has been redesigned with improved accessibility to provide a more inclusive experience for all users. Design and content updates were made with accessibility best practices in mind, helping ensure that key information is easy to read, navigate, and interact with using assistive technologies. These improvements reflect an ongoing commitment to building a website that is usable by everyone.
In 2005, Wake Forest began partnering with VC3 to build and host its website. VC3 has over 30 years of experience and focuses on municipal and county governments. The last Town website upgrade took place in 2020.
Community and staff feedback were an important part of the process of building the new site, as community members and town staff were invited to provide feedback via an online survey prior to the creation of the new site.
The new website is a work-in-progress that will continue to be updated to provide visitors with information in an easy-to-find and accessible format. The Town of Wake Forest welcomes feedback about its programs, services, and initiatives.
