The April 4, 2017, edition of Wake Up Wake Forest featured Wake Forest Planning Director Chip Russell's presentation "Managing the Town's Growth." Russell's address included a brief history of Wake Forest's population explosion, along with the various tools the town uses to address growth-related issues, including the Community Plan, Unified Development Ordinance and more.
