A request to amend the Wake Forest Comprehensive Transportation Plan (2019) to update Chapters 4-7, submitted by the Town of Wake Forest. The purpose of the amendment is to account for a number of existing conditions updates, recommendations from recent studies and plans, and respond to changing realties on the ground that have impacted the feasibility or timing of some infrastructure projects.

Consideration of a conditional district rezoning filed by Caroline Krause-Iafrate on behalf of Franklin Street Townes, LLC, to rezone a 4.81-acre parcel located at 0 Franklin Park Avenue, being Wake County Tax PIN 1840571129, from Residential Mixed-Use (RMX) to Residential Mixed-Use Conditional District (RMX-CD).
