Municipal Service District: The Town of Wake Forest of Commissioners will hold a public hearing to receive public comment regarding the following item: an extension of the Municipal Service District (MSD) to include 151 new properties adjacent to the existing MSD. The report is available for inspection in the office of the Town Clerk.

AN-25-05: Consideration of a contiguous annexation submitted by the property owners, The Villas at Wake Forest Crossing LLC, located at 12751 Wake Union Church Road and 12739 Wake Union Church Road being Wake County PINs 1831869237 and 1831868329 being approximately 2.36 acres.

A map and metes and bounds description of the proposed annexation is available at the Wake Forest Planning Department for review.

***This public hearing was originally scheduled for Tuesday, Jan. 27, but rescheduled due to inclement weather and icy road conditions.

The Historic Preservation Commission will meet at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2026, in the Board Chambers, Second Floor of Town Hall, 301 S. Brooks Street to consider the requests and approve, approve with conditions, or deny the application. The public is invited to attend.
