Picnic shelter, tennis courts, the Flaherty Park Community Center, several ballfields and restrooms are located within the park.
History
As J.B. Flaherty Park was developed, a 0.25 mile paved greenway was created connecting the community center and tennis courts to the baseball fields and dog park. This trail crosses over the dam of the park's pond where visitors can often be seen fishing.
Future Plans
Staff is currently working with land owners along Dunn Creek to acquire right-of-way for the remaining portions Dunn Creek Greenway from the Downtown Connector section to Flaherty Park.
