Wake Forest to participate in Local Government Career Expo at UNC’s Friday Center June 7

The Town of Wake Forest will join with dozens of city, town, and county government employers across North Carolina for this year’s Local Government Career Expo on Saturday, June 7, from 1-4 p.m. at the UNC Friday Center, 100 Friday Center Dr., Chapel Hill.

Job seekers will be able to explore career paths ranging from construction, business administration, environmental sciences, public health, public safety, technology, finance and more. Unlike traditional job fairs, job seekers will engage with subject matter experts and HR professionals to understand how their skills translate to careers in local government.
