South College Street/West Owen Avenue are closed after a tractor trailer snagged a power line and broke a utility pole.
Wake Forest Power crews are repairing the utility pole, but the work is not expected to be completed for several hours. Approximately 11 people are without power.
Wake Forest Police are directing traffic around the area. Motorists should avoid the area and use an alternate route.
