Beginning today (Monday, March 24), and continuing through May, from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. on weekdays and some Saturdays, Crowder Construction Company, a contractor working on Dunn Creek Greenway Phase 3, will reduce to one lane with intermittent two-way traffic the portion of Wait Avenue between Traditions Grande Boulevard and Havisham Court. The lane closure is necessary to allow crews to continue Phase 3 construction, including the relocation of a waterline and installation of drainage, curb and gutter, and a concrete multi-use path.
Signage and flaggers will be in place managing traffic flow and safely directing motorists through the work area. Delays are expected, so motorists may wish to avoid the area and take an alternate route.
