Traffic Alert – Star Road

Beginning Tuesday, July 1, and continuing weekdays from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. through Tuesday, July 15, Gaines and Co., a contractor working at the future Wake Forest Exchange, will reduce to one lane with intermittent two-way traffic a portion of Star Road between Moonbow Trail and Via Fortunata Plaza. The temporary road closure is necessary to allow crews to safely install a storm drain.

Signage and flaggers will be in place managing traffic flow and safely directing motorists through the work area. Delays are expected, so motorists may wish to avoid the area and take an alternate route.
