Wednesday, January 31, 2024 - 9:32am

Friday Night on White (FNOW) returns to downtown Wake Forest on April 12 and continues the second Friday night of each month through September 13. This year’s FNOW promises to be bigger and better than ever thanks to a power-packed lineup featuring several of our area’s most popular bands.

Our 2024 concert series includes The Magic Pipers (April 12); Irresistible Groove (May 10); Bounce! Party Band (June 14); The Brickhouse Band (July 12); Sleeping Booty (August 9); and Crush (September 13). Each concert is scheduled from 6-9 p.m. For complete information about FNOW, visit http://bit.ly/FridayNightonWhite.

Sponsorships

Only a few sponsorships remain available for FNOW which drew well over 50,000 people to downtown Wake Forest last year. Each sponsorship is guaranteed to bring attention and recognition to local businesses through on-site exhibit space; assorted radio and television ads; printed posters, flyers, and banners; social media posts; email announcements and more.

Attendance at each concert in 2023 ranged from 8,000 to 12,000, and organizers expect this year’s shows to continue drawing large numbers due to FNOW’s growing popularity throughout Northern Wake County and beyond.

The FNOW sponsorship application deadline is Thursday, Feb. 1. For more information, contact Marketing & Business Relations Specialist Anna Bolton at 919-610-4916 or [email protected].

Food Trucks

The Town of Wake Forest is accepting applications from food truck vendors interested in participating in FNOW through Monday, Feb. 12. The online application is available at http://bit.ly/FNOW_FoodTruckApplication.

The event fee for food truck vendors is $150 per event. Each concert includes space for 10 food trucks and three dessert trucks. The Town will assign trucks to specific concert dates based on a lottery system and grant special preference to Wake Forest-area vendors.

Participating food trucks are required to obtain all necessary Wake County permits, including a Mobile Food Unit (MFU) permit. Each truck must also provide a copy of its Certificate of Insurance designating the Town of Wake Forest as an additional insured for the event date. A minimum of $1 million in insurance is required.
