Sidewalk repairs scheduled week of October 26 along East Jones Avenue

WAKE FOREST, NC – Weather permitting, during the week of October 26, from 7 a.m.-3:30 p.m. each day, Town crews will repair sections of sidewalk along East Jones Avenue between South White Street and South Brooks Street. 

As part of the project, crews will temporarily block off several parking spaces along East Jones to position equipment necessary to perform the sidewalk repairs. Crews may also close the roadway to ensure workers’ safety. 

Signage and cones will be in place throughout the duration of the project to safely direct motorists through or around the work area.
