Flaherty Park Community Center to host Wake Forest Comic-Con August 23

The Wake Forest Parks, Recreation & Cultural Resources (PRCR) Department is partnering with Brandon Wright of Play4Life Comics to host the 2025 Wake Forest Comic-Con on Saturday, Aug. 23, from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. at Flaherty Park Community Center, 1226 N. White St.
Free and open to everyone, this family-friendly convention will feature a dynamic showcase of comic books, anime, toys, collectibles, and more! Featuring a wide variety of unique finds from more than 30 vendors, Comic-Con is a perfect opportunity to escape the heat and connect with fellow fans.
