Emerge, our prepaid metering system, has been down since December 27. As a result, certain billing and customer support services are not available.
When these services are restored, Wake Forest Pre-Pay Power customers will likely be back-billed for the days the system was down.
We sincerely apologize and are working with Emerge to resolve the issues promptly and restore normalcy as soon as possible.
