Budget
The Budget Management Department is responsible for directing the planning, development, and execution of the Town's annual operating and capital improvements budgets.
The budget serves as the Town's financial and spending plan for the period of July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024. The document authorizes resources and establishes a direction for Wake Forest programs and services for the coming year.
