Traffic Alert - Dr. Calvin Jones Highway/NC 98 Bypass

***UPDATE - All lanes along eastbound Dr. Calvin Jones Highway/NC 98 Bypass have reopened. Minor injuries were reported.

An accident involving multiple vehicles, including an overturned box truck, has closed all lanes of eastbound Dr. Calvin Jones Highway/NC 98 Bypass in the vicinity of Heritage Lake Road. 

Emergency personnel are on the scene, but there is currently no word on injuries.

A detour is in place. Motorists are urged to avoid the area and choose another route.
