Online Bill Pay
New Online Payment System is live!
The Town of Wake Forest has implemented a new online payment system with enhanced services and new features. We think you’ll be pleased with the changes!
Please Note: Wake Forest Power customers that had registered with our previous system will need to set up a new login and password on or after Monday, Nov. 30, 2020.
Automated Phone Payment is also an option!
Customers also have the option of paying 24 hours a day, seven days a week via a new automated phone system. To make a payment, call 833-415-0541 and provide your electric account number(s) and payment method (E-Check or Credit Card).
