Every four years, Wake County performs a Community Health Needs Assessment.  It’s an opportunity for members of the community to have a direct say regarding what’s most important to them. The 2019 Community Health Needs Assessment community-wide prioritization voting will take place Thursday, Jan. 31, from 5:30-7 pm at the Northern Regional Center. Results affect funding for priorities that are important for our community. If you plan to attend, please register at
