Tri-Area Ministry Food Pantry, 149 E. Holding Ave. Wake Forest

Eligible clients may receive food from the pantry, which consists of a bag of canned food items, a bag of frozen meat, a bag of various dry items, a loaf of bread, and a box of cereal - along with bakery and fresh produce items when available. No referral is necessary. Clients will only need to bring something that shows residency (such as license, utility bill, or registration). We serve anyone in Wake County plus those in Wake Forest and Youngsville who are in Franklin or Granville County. The Tri-Area Ministry Food Pantry is a Non-Profit, Non-Denominational organization that is 100% volunteer run. Our mission is to provide food to eligible clients in Wake County and Youngsville. We receive Federal food from the Food Assistance Program once a month and we purchase food from the Food Bank of Central & Eastern NC once per week. We receive most of our food from donations though, from either churches, local grocery stores, or local residents. We accept food donations and monetary donations which we use to purchase the food items most needed at the time. The Tri-Area Ministry Food Pantry serves anywhere between 650 – 800 households a month.
