Since 2009 the Town of Wake Forest has partnered with the Wake Forest Rotary Club to sponsor the State of the Town Address and Dinner annually on the third Monday in February.
The occasion offers Wake Forest citizens the opportunity to reflect on the town's list of accomplishments during the previous year and learn about its goals in the coming months.
All area residents are invited to attend Wake Forest's annual State of the Town Address and Dinner. Tickets are $15 per person and can be purchased online with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Disover credit card.
Tickets are also sold at town hall, 301 S. Brooks St., and can be purchased with credit card, cash or by check made payable to the Town of Wake Forest.
Please note: A convenience fee applies to all ticket purchases made online. This fee does not apply to purchases made via cash or check at the Wake Forest Town Hall, 301 S. Brooks St.
Anyone not interested in eating dinner is welcome to attend the State of the Town address without purchasing a ticket. However, non-ticket buyers should arrive between 6:30 and 6:45 p.m. at the conclusion of the dinner portion of the program. The mayor's address is expected to begin between 6:45 and 7 p.m.
