The Town of Wake Forest offers water heater, heat strip, and air conditioner load management incentives to its existing residential and commercial customers, while installing load management controls on all new residential services.
Appliance Rebates
Install a new energy-efficient heat pump and sign up for electric heat strip control and central air conditioner control and the Town of Wake Forest will credit your utility bill for $300.
