Human Resources

• Employment Application (PDF)
  Application required to apply for employment with the Town of Wake Forest
• Criminal Justice Personal History Statement
  Also known as Form F3, this application is used by the police department to adequately evaluate applicants for law enforcement and criminal justice certification. The questions are designed to ascertain whether the applicant meets the minimum standards for certification.

Planning

• Annexation Request (Contiguous)
  Application for annexation requests for properties adjoining the contiguous boundary for the corporate limits of Wake Forest

  Application for annexation requests for properties which do not adjoin the contiguous boundary for the corporate limits of Wake Forest

  Application for variance requests from a regulatory requirement of the Wake Forest Zoning Ordinance.

  Application to rezone property within the Extraterritorial Jurisdiction of Wake Forest.

  Town of Wake Forest, Development Services Division application for any construction proposed within the 100 year floodplain as regulated by the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) and the Town of Wake Forest Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance.
  
  
• Sign Permit Application
  Application for the erection of a permanent sign within Wake Forest.
  
  
• Temporary Sign Permit Application
  Application for the erection of a temporary sign within Wake Forest. Signs may be for the Grand Opening of a new business or a construction sign only.

Inspections

• Residential Permit Application
  Application for all new residentialconstruction.

  Application for all commercial construction, zoning conformance or new occupancy within the planning jurisdiction of the Town of Wake Forest.
  
• Requirements for Residential Construction in the Special Flood Hazard Area (SFHA)
  Town of Wake Forest, Inspections Division required application for any residential construction proposed on a lot that has a recorded Base Flood Elevation (BFE).
  
• FEMA Elevation Certificate
  Required for all structures located within or partially within the 100 year floodplain before the Certificate of Occupancy is issued.
  
• Explosives Blasting Permit Application
  Application required for all blasting prior to the clearing or removal of a property.
  
• Application for Conditional Power
  Application to assist in the completion of the construction and testing of residential, commercial, and industrial projects by providing sufficient electrical power to approved systems.
  
• Change of Contractor Form
  Required for any changes in contractors from those approved on the permit application.
  
• Stocking Permit Application
  Application authorizing the stocking of a commercial business prior to the issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy.
  
• Swimming Pool Application
  Application for the installation of either an in-ground or above-ground pool in the planning jurisdiction of Wake Forest. Must accompany a Permit Application and a notarized signature is required.
