The Wake Forest Parks & Recreation Department invites local businesses, civic clubs and other groups to sponsor one or more teams in its youth t-ball, softball, and baseball leagues. Sponsorship is a great way for your organization to become an integral part of the greater Wake Forest community.
How does sponsorship work?
We expect to field over 60 teams comprised of more than 1,000 local boys and girls during our 2008 Spring/Summer season. As a sponsor, your company’s name and/or logo will be screen-printed onto your team’s jerseys offering valuable advertising for your organization throughout the season - and beyond! Since participants keep the jerseys once the season ends, your name and logo will remain visible in the community for years to come.
Is sponsorship tax-deductible?
Team sponsorship is a tax-deductible contribution to the Wake Forest Parks & Recreation Department. The $200 sponsorship fee (per team) helps purchase equipment and uniforms for the leagues and helps offset the cost of participation by Wake Forest area youth.
What does sponsorship include?

Your name/logo screen-printed on team jerseys
• Your name on team schedules distributed to team families and news media (for example: Wake Forest Police Department Rangers)

Your name and the team or teams you sponsor listed on the Town of Wake Forest website
•
A decal for your storefront window/door recognizing you as a sponsor of the Wake Forest Parks & Recreation Department
•
A team photo/plaque for display in your place of business
